How do I setup paperless statement delivery?

To setup paperless statement delivery, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to your Account information within the Customer Portal

  2. Scroll down to the Statement Delivery section

  3. Click the “Change Statement Delivery” button

  4. Select the bubble representing Digital statements

  5. Click “Save Changes”

  6. If Paper Statements is selected, customers will still have access to the online statements on the Platform as well

How do I setup an ACH payment?
  1. Navigate to the Home Page and select your name in the right corner for the drop-down option & select "Account"

  2. Choose the "Payment Method" tab

  3. Select "Add Bank Account"

  4. Enter the on-screen account information requested

    • Name on Account

    • Account Type

    • Routing #

    • Account #

    • Nickname (optional)

  5. Then select "Add Account" to save the payment method

How do I make an invoice payment on the app?

To pay an invoice, follow the steps below: 

  1.  Navigate to the Home Page and select the "Invoices" tile 

  2.  Use the search and filter options to find the invoice(s) you are to pay 

  3.  Select the invoice(s) you wish to pay and click on "Pay Now" 

  4.  Follow the on-screen payment process instructions 

**Acceptable payment methods include ACH and Credit Card.

How do I make a statement payment on the app?

To make a statement payment, follow the steps below: 

  1.  Navigate to the Home Page and select the "Statement" tile 
  2.  Use the search and filter options to find the statement you are going to pay 
  3.  Select the statement you wish to pay and click on "Make a Payment" 
  4.  Pay statement balance or choose to Pay custom amount 
  5.  Follow the on-screen payment process instructions

Are product labels available on the app?

Yes! Product labels are available on the app. To find them, please follow the steps below:

  1.  Navigate to the Home Page and select the "Products" tile 
  2.  Search product 
  3.  Click the "See Label" link listed in product detail 
I need to review my purchase history for tax purposes, how can I view my purchase history?

To view purchase history, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Home Page and select the "Purchase History" tile
  2. Use the filter options to choose how the report is formatted:
    • Products
    • Month
    • Year
  3. Select the "Export to Excel" button in the right corner of the page
  4. Open in Excel to view
